SAI Consulting provides IT services for the services industries such as: real estate, financial, property management, associations and legal. We act as the IT Manager for our clients, who pay for services as needed rather than as operating overhead. SAI handles all aspects of computer systems from the PC to networks to the Internet. All software is implemented from operating systems, to security and utilities, and all applications. We find or develop custom applications, databases, forms and document management tools. Our clients rely on us to support their planning, implementation, and on-going support needs.

LEISURE WORLD – a unique homeowner’s association that utilizes our service.

Leisure World in Arizona is an outstanding gated community in an area known for it’s planned retirement communities. Leisure World is one of the largest full service communities in the state, and is a small city unto itself.

As an independent consultant SAI acts as the IT Manager, and general consultant. Under our technical management they have brought state of the art technology to all phases of community management: real estate sales, financial management, recreation scheduling and operation, physical plant management, landscaping, wellness, administration and security. We have networked the entire community. Setup a computer laboratory and training facility for 4,000 residents. Property security and access is coordinated through three gated entrances. We have used wired, wireless, and virtual private networks (Internet bridging) to connect this sprawling campus.
